Thank you for an excellent write up, really enjoyed it, especially as it reminded me of our trip in the Roadster in July , We also headed to Monaco over the Gap to Grenoble route then on to Grasse, from Monaco we headed to the Maranello village , underground parking with several prototype Ferraris , we then headed to Venice, after a few nights stay we drove to Through the Dolomites to Innsbook, across Germany to the Alsace region before heading back though the tunnel and home, A total of 2850 miles without a hitch. I am sure like me you were smiling for sometime after ! Once again thanks for the write up

I enjoyed it very much, imagining every mile you described. I did this route several times, by Motorbike 2 times, 2 or 3 times by tinheads and last time with my Morgan +4. I am looking forward to do it with the M3W very soon, hopefully next year. Who I am going to join?

Perhaps a good idea to join next year the M3W Jungfrau Treffen in Grindelwald Switzerland. 3th till 5th September 2015 From here it's beautiful driving through the Swiss/Austrian/Italian Alps before you take the train back.
What a great right up, and reminded me of a tour I did some years ago in a TVR S3 from Las Clusaz around some of the route you did I think and over into Italy and back through. The Mont Blanc. I would be very interested in joining up with you on a similar tour.
