Been tooling about in the Targa recently while the Plus Four lies sulking in the garage, but the sun is shining and that removable fixed roof on the porker just cant compete with the fold back canvas hood and removeable side screens so the mog is back.

Have been away in caravan for 10 days (so not in Morgan). Caravan now packed away, so next thing on agenda was get Morgan out and had great 1 hour spin in it - reminding me what a thrill it is to drive. How I missed it!

Driven around for 30 minutes before its being washed and laid up for the Winter today.
Very soon salting and minus degrees will start.

Know how that feels, Geir. First snowfall here, like clockwork, on November 1 (though it warmed up later and it didn't stick around). The overnight temperatures are just starting to hit the negative numbers, but roads are still salt-free for now. Last winter was brutal and seemed to go on for ever, but with luck this one will be shorter and milder...
I'm hoping we'll have a few more Morgan days yet, there are a few little niggles I need to sort out (like a bizarre short-circuit between the stop and tail lights on the driver's side, helpfully pointed out to me at a traffic light a couple of nights ago by a guy who'd been following me down the road) and I'll "need" to go out for a test drive to make sure everything's working properly!

This can often be as simple as a faulty bulb, try first.

Thanks, Keith. I haven't had a chance to do more than confirm the symptoms yet. But a knackered bulb would be a bonus! Of course, even if it proves to be a simple fix, there'll still need to be an extensive road test just to make sure...
