Is it possible to have a clock fitted to a new model 4/4. If so where would it be fitted. I do not wear a watch and have to ask SWMBO all the time. If not poss to fit any ideas of what I could use that would be in keeping with the style of the car.

Williams Morgan fitted a clock on the dash of my Plus 4. You may be able to see an image of what they offer on their web site.
The clock was fitted using double sided tape but there are alternative ways of fixing including drilling a hole in the dash.
The clock looks fine (imho) even though it is surface mounted and matches the other instruments reasonable well. Bob.

Yes it is. I had mine put to the right of the steering wheel (RHD car) it is a Smith's clock which nicely matches the other instruments. I don't recall the exact cost but I was surprised that it was inexpensive.
Whilst on the subject of instruments, you can specify a changed layout from standard. I asked for the speedometer directly behind the steering wheel and the rev counter on the far left, with the multi-gauge in between (this is the least important and will be obscured by your hand when driving). Depends on your priorities - I want to drive legally/safely in town and can hear what the revs are in any case. For the track, one would keep the standard layout.

The standard SMITHS watch used by MMC costs around 60 Pound at ebay or any other webshop. You can connect it to the cigarlighter which has continious electric power.

If you go to the williams automobiles web site and then their on line shop, you will see the dashboard clocks under interior trim items.

I put this VDO clock (2" hole) in my two 80s vintage Plus 8s, direct to battery connection and looks good. I put it to the left of the steering wheel, LHD cars. Got it from Summit Racing Equipment on the web. VDO-370155 Clock, Vision Series, Analog, Electrical, Each (Mfr. #: 370155) $42.31 (USD)
I can take a picture if you are interested.
Cheers,

I too have fitted a Williams Clock. It looks great and matches the existing instruments very well. Its analogue with lovely ticking second hand:)) I fitted it with double sided tape - its easy to take the body of the clock out to adjust time - without removing the base mounting:)
Cannot recall how much it cost ...abt £45 inc p&p
