Didn't work for me, here in Florida. Love Cream and Jack Bruce. I do have my CDs and Vinyl. I think I will go have a glass of wine and play them.

Thanks for that link. I saw Cream live a couple times in London, once with Long John Baldrie, Rod the Mod and the Hoochie Coochie men on the same bill IIRC. Brilliant days. Then of course there were the Yardbirds.
Times change and have tickets for Peter Gabriel on the 28th.

It was still Hoochie Coochie Men when I saw them. The name changed later to Steampacket. Either way a great sound. Jack Bruce played in that band as well as Mick Jagger and a few other greats. I used to live near the Manor House in North London where he played on number of occasions (later Hendrix was to play there). I always think of Long John as one of the most influential characters in the early UK blues scene together with Cyril Davies, sadly neither are recognised for it.

Ah! Memories! John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, the starting point for many great musicians. Went to see Peter Green a few years ago at a very small venue (The Cheese & Grain at Frome), still an awesome guitarist.
