Many congrats H3...it has finally arrived. Looks like a slightly overcast day, should be perfect for topdown motoring, but you had the top up, which will not be popular among the die-hards on here Joking aside, when would we be seeing some spectacular pics from your island(with the Morgan of course)..

Many congrats H3...it has finally arrived. Looks like a slightly overcast day, should be perfect for topdown motoring, Overcast, and slightly rainy... that's why I kept the top on (but I took off the side screens...) Joking aside, when would we be seeing some spectacular pics from your island(with the Morgan of course).. As soon as the weather will permit it. Unfortunately this is the begining of the Summer here, which is the "rain season". And a matching Defender to boot!
Well, unfortunately, not realy, and this is painfull for me: my def' is "white, solid paint" (sic LandRover...), and the mog' is "old English white". I would love to have this match! Le chic ultime! H3

Most definitely looking forward to those photos. I imagine there must be some stunning vistas?

Looks like a wonderful place to drive a Morgan. The rainy season in UK hasn't finished - it started in January!

Yes, classic ones: coconut trees, beach, volcano. But, you know, when you live here since 10 years, it's like the eiffel tower when you live in Paris or tower bridge in London... You don't pay so much attention as long as you are not with a tourist. There is no paradise on Earth and our next vacations will be in Ireland... H3

H3, If travelling to the Emerald Isle do give us Irish Morgans a shout -- we can point you in the right direction etc etc
Cheers!

Cheers! Unfortunately this trip to Ireland will be with a rental car, as we can't afford to take our mog' with us. (a dream: a private Airbus 340 with large cargo area for the Mog'...) When we shall be back in continental France, in 4 ou 5 years, we plan to visit Irland again (& Scotland) but with our "precious" H3

What you need is one of these. Yes, but its range is too limited: Reunion Island is 9000 km far from Europe... I don't want to have to refuel at Djibouti H3
