This photo was taken outside the aircraft museum last week.
During the course of the day yesterday, Buffalo New York, which is only 112 KM away, received 100 cm of snow with another 60 cm to come. It has been snowing most of the day here in Hamilton. I think that the driving season has come to an end! I'll have to drown my sorrows in a glass of single malt.

I think your Mog would look very nice with a snow plough on the front!

As I sit here typing I am wrapped in the peaty aura of a 16 year old Lagavulin. I am getting giddy enough to actually consider mounting a plough blade on the front of the 4/4.

Dave,

We're doing pretty well so far. That band of snow that hit Buffalo passed south of us. Woke up today to clear blue skies and sunshine here in Hamilton. I haven't put gas in my snowblower yet. All the snow we have received so far has been shovel-worthy.

Brent, I'd be happy to take a few feet of snow off your hands. I'm one of the sad people who really enjoys it when we get a lot of snow in the UK. It doesn't happen often but when it does, I'm thrilled.

Hi Simon, Prior to moving to Canada I felt the same way but after 35 years the novelty has finally worn off. When I turned 50 my gift to myself was a snow blower, best gift ever!!!!!
