We need the facility to do a memory de-frag periodically...  Better still - if we had a USB port on the side of our head....  You don't? Gosh, how did you miss out? My head was fitted with a solid state hard drive instead!

Indeed Roger - FBY 642D. I can remember most of his earlier cars and most of mine that I kept for any period of time longer than a year or so. Also applies to a number of my motorcycles...

ODL360M - VW 1303S Beetle. My first car. Oh dear I feel more odd than normal. I can remember most of ther plates on cars I owned.

GUL 512 was the first. A Grey Hillman Minx, circa 1963... My Dad was a Rootes fan then too as his brother was MD of Kirbys, the Rootes dealer network in Lancashire so we had 3 Singer Gazelles, a Singer Vogue & a Hillman Hunter. I blame the Gazelle for getting me hooked on leather and walnut!
