It's all about framing the answer....take an average of the range and ask enough people and average that you will not be far off. My guess 9,547.823 cars.

Does the 0.823 of a car refer to what we get when Morgan have built the car and then the remaining bit is when the owners have finished them off?

Is this like that "Guess the number of beans in the jar" thing? Does the nearest to the correct answer win a prize? My guess is 49845 (but that is only correct for today - tomorrow it will be 49848)
