Took a sneaky peak at my new car today at the dealership. Interesting to spot the differences between this and my old one, but all in all I can't wait to get on the road. Fired it up in the workshop and reminded myself why I have stuck with the Brooklands despite the exhaust issues. I have asked them to have a spare set of pipes on the shelf for when the inevitable happens....

Great news. I got mine's portuguese license plate today, in the process of updating the insurance policy I think I'll be back on the road this weekend, weather allowing.
Next week the car goes to the shop to fit the new front Suplex springs and the new (3rd) set of exhausts MMC sent me after the Caramulo hillclimb. Got to say the 2nd set (mounted at Williams during my maiden trip) held perfectly with the reinforceed welding made by the guys from the Caramulo Museum.
David, if you can, detail the differences (between both cars) you found and will find in the future, I'm very curious about that.

Immediately obvious was the lack of paint on the calipers. That is a good thing because the paint used before was not brake fluid - proof. The rectifier is mounted sideways now as opposed to head - on. And the uprights to cure bump steer look different on this one for some reason. The exhausts now have a different profile where they bend slightly before the silencers. It still sounds mega though.
I'm sure more will become apparent when I eventually collect it.

Will do, need the weekend to do it though! Interesting what you say about the exhausts, are they mounted in the same locations?

Couldn't get a good enough look in the workshop but when I get time I will give it a forensic level inspection
