Need to have a good read of this thread - just driven 100 miles to the Ledgerwood day, blinded by the low sun and noticed many of the cars had sun visors.
Normally wear a peaked cap, but need my warm beanie in winter.
Just had same problem driving to the Allon White breakfast meet - blinding sun ! Haven't fitted sunstrip yet !
Geneva 2016 plus 8' The Green Godess' 4 side exits .
If you find a baseball cap cold in the winter, try a Lowe Pro Goretex/fleece insulated peaked cap with earflaps - perfect!
While by no means the height of fashion, my winter driving hat looks a bit like this (except in a rather violent bright electric blue colour...). It works to keep the ears and neck warm and the low sun out of the eyes, but it does leave one open to the ridicule of one's small children
Allon White just quoted for visors - only supplied in black from the factory so they have to retrim.
£288 if they have the leather in stock
Probably £100 extra if they have to order it.
Not true! The factory will fit to match the trim colour at build time if requested. If it is a leather colour they normally have in stock I would think that you should be able to order the colour. The visors would only need offcuts anyway.
