Phil, you must see a lot of over-spend where you are located.

Still, I hope that also means that there are customers with some spend to spend on your services.

You will side track me into a debate that is currently raging in Portugal. Apparently the OECD has said that we will be one of the least affected nations by the 'crunch'. I was talking to a customer last week who is someone senior in a Portuguese bank. They are laughing at the UK and USA banks who for years have rubbished the 'antiquated' Portuguese banking system.

The anticipated extra 1 million visitors a year to the Algarve due to the new circuit will certainly do something to offset the impact the crunch has had. Buy to let property out here is name your price to purchase (typically 1-3 bed apartments), however Villa's are still in demand due to the high number of people relocating out of the UK!!

Sounds like you've found the new Gold Rush... how many spare rooms do you have to put us up?

Rather than a wagon train across the prairies, it will be an Aero Convoy on the motorways. grin2
