My copy of the december issue did not arrive(in November) - I contacted them and one was put in the post - and as a back-up knowing I was at the CMS at the NEC one of their people brought a copy to hand over in person - now that is what I call customer service.

Still no luck. must have slow electrons in Mr Talk Talk glass tubing!! I do know from the time when I did the MTWC website that BT cache pages, and deny doing so even when categoric proof is waved under their noses. Have to add Talk talk to the naughty list too then.
