Is there a listing of suggested accommodations for the event (or did I miss it somewhere above??)
I have about gotten the wife to agree to go.

We are staying about 15 miles out, because we are not big fans of "big dinner" events and would rather do our own thing.  Crikey it must be a hell of a do if 15 miles is considered a 'safe distance' Stewart - t's even safer, and quieter, at our cottages 32 miles away!  It could be quite scary  when a mob of Mog owners are counting bonnet louvres en mass!

Unfortunately Gales of Llangollen Wine Bar is full up that weekend. Other suggestions?? We need just Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday we have to leave for Ireland.

Hi Mark. There is a list of hotels and guest houses on the Mog 2015 website but they are being booked up fast. Like me you will probably need to go out of Llangollen a few miles. I've booked up at the lions quay hotel and spa about 5 or 6 miles out in Chirk on the A5 just over the border (hope I don't need a passport). It's on the Mog15 list but I booked it through booking.com which may be helpful to you as it will search around the area.
See you've got a red Mog, obviously you are a man of taste and discernment

Thank you. I totally missed the menu button (and the resultant accommodation listing, etc.) the first time I went to the MOG 2015 web site. Your post caused me to look again. I will get the wife to book something this evening.
A few miles away will not matter as we will hire a tin top for the week.
I hope to meet up with a number of folks at the event. Although I have had Morgans for some 35 years I have never been to a MSCC gathering so I am quite looking forward to it. (I did make it to the rainy Centenary weekend and a MTWC AGM some years back.)

May have to resort to internet queries. The list of MOG2015 accommodations on the web site shows availability at most of the hotels, however when you check dates online, they all come back as booked.
