Yes, I have that gap too. I have tried to block it (with neoprene, of course) but I am not happy with the job I have done and will be working on something better over the next couple of months.

Not today (pouring with rain), but yesterday we had a pleasant drive to Broadhembury (the Drewes Arms). Roads were a bit damp, but still great.

I realize this is not quite the thread to ask this question but while we are on the subject Am I being daft (which i don't mind someone telling me if i am)or does the motion of the Morgan and airflow over the bonnet louvres above the heater box work to make the heater fan more inefficiently if sealed right to the top to the underside of the bonnet. the fan is trying to bring air down and into the cockpit but the airflow over the louvres when the Morgan is travelling forward is pulling it up. The tighter the seal the more the force of the air is opposite to the fan. My logic might be a bit suspect

The windscreen I am told blocks the air pushing towards the louvres.

Can't drive my Morgan for a few months but Metal Mikey very kindly drove me to hospital this morning for a checkup, stitches out and a new Kermit Green cast.......and we sort of did a diversion back from Coventry which ended up at the factory! So I managed to see some Morgans as compensation Did make me realise though that I'm going to miss working there for the next few months....the place is a bit like a drug!

At least John the time is going down. I hope it isn't too bad. I have booked for the Prescott magical mystery tour on 9/5 if you fancy not navigating again

Hope you make a good recovery soon John. I'd be gutted on both counts not being able to drive my Morgan and not working in that factory! Chin up mate and keep it resting

A well known local +8 owner has, I believe, a spare mobility scooter in his garage. Would you like me to have a word?
