I have just registered on this site after seeing a message on Mogtalk by Brian Voakes as I am interested in a site with a little more Aero information.
I bought my first and only Morgan in 1991, (a 1972 4/4 2str), as a replacement for a Vauxhall Nova GTE , with a Courtney Turbo conversion, and as a fulfillment of a lifelong ambition. My Grandfather had a Morgan Aero 3 wheeler in the late thirties, before buying a conventional car in 1936, when my Uncle was born.
I've been a car and computer nut a very long time, those with long memories may remember me on autox.team.net in the early '90s, I rallied Imps in the early '80s, (badly) and I have bad car book and magazine habits.

Welcome Jeremy, I'm pleased that you have joined and that we can grow the oasis of people who appreciate Aero's; as well as all other Morgan models. As you'll find it's a friendly bunch of car nuts congregated here and we look forward to hearing further from you, especially about your current Morgan. Can you please post some photos? Cheers Brian

Welcome Jeremy I am assuming from the above that the turbo conversion was on the Nova??? Look forward to seeing your posts. BtG

Sorry, yes, the turbo was on the Nova. Damn silly it was too, much too fast for its chassis, but good fun. The Morgan was an attempt to find a "sensible" car I'd keep.
