I got a pair of these from a Morgan dealer. They have installation clips but no instructions. I'm assuming you drill holes in the housing and attach them with sheet metal screws. Any tips or tricks for making this come out well? Thanks.
Never mind, I downloaded the ridiculously oversized picture on their website so I could see it. They sent the wrong clips apparently. They're supposed to attach to the screws on the bezel. The clips they sent are a good inch too long.
You should have 6 clips and they should be an L shape if they are then the short part should have a small hole drilled in take off the the chrome ring that surrounds you headlight remove the screws that hold it in place ONE AT A TIME replacing it with a clip to the outer edge of the headlight I SAID ONE AT A TIME. Replace the headlight rim its a pig to get the screw in the rim . Once done the mesh headlamp guard should clip onto the clips . I have a photo in the Forum list of photos about page 30??? you can see covers on the lights.

Thanks Jack. I emailed the Dealer nd turns out it takes on short clip (top) and one long clip (bottom). The log one is the first one I grabbed and of course it was too long for the top. I think it's all cleared up now.
Make sure you bend the clips outwards so the mesh covers are tight as hell , if you go over a pot hole and they are not then its by by mesh cover . Also the mesh cover is a pig to keep clean and the clips go dull as hell so they do not match up very well it looks like chrome and lead . All of my clips where the same length just over 1.25 inch long and just less than .5 inch wide still got them in the garage in a cardboard box.
Thats the same as mine but for the way the clips work yours is on your M3W and screwed in the Bezel mine tucked into it and screwed into the parts that held the head light on . Been thinking if you are given 3 clips and one is longer than the other 2 how is it going to lie straight over the head light. Ah the wonders of a mog the world is falling a part and you sit thinking about how to sort out the mog.
I decided to bend the clips around the Grill to prevent removal by those who may take a liking to them.
I first set the mesh in the 45% Bias direction to match the Grill Mesh and lining up the positions with the three headlamp fixing screws (located by removing the Bezel) used to attache them to the car.
Cleaning the Headlamp Glass is still easy by slipping the corner of the wet Chamois Cloth underneath and moving it across and around. An old Toothbrush does the grill if needed.
I've similar to yours Frank but the clips will not fit. Ok with my old light units but not with Cibies I now have fitted , the profile of the lens surround must be slightly different.
