Just got back from a test run.
Changed coolant yesterday so I HAD to check her out properly!
Lovely short run in glorious weather.
No air locks evident, heater blasting as normal.

Went out to buy fuel..I thought the filling station was about 4 miles, there and back but something strange happened and my mileometer said I'd driven nearly 30 miles. Wierd!
When I got home I ended up having to wash all the salt off the car. So I then polished it.
There are far, far worse ways to spend a bright and almost warm Sunday...

Kirkstone pass amonst others this afternoon, a bit foggy but still enjoyable. Lots of snow about, the lakes look beautiful. Is it me or do 50% of cars coming towards me cut the corners on right hand bends crossing the line onto my side. They don't seem to realise how much more fun it is to sweep progressively round right handers. Perhaps they don't trust their cars to follow a curve at more than 20mph or are they looking for the racing line?
