How come the incident with the white Rangie was not of interest to the Met? The vehicle must have mounted the footpath and demolished the railings at some speed.  Gerry.

My friend has just bought a new BMW X 5 his insurance has insisted he fits a top of the range Tracker. We live in North Wales!
His premium shot up.in the end he stayed with the Company that gave him temporary cover from the Dealership with no tracker required.
It was the lowest !

Thanks all. I was just looking for a ball park figure. I live out of London and have private drive. I had no interest in the old sport but the new one with aluminium chassis looks like a great car.
