I also fail to understand, but suspect that Aeros have migrated to the sad world of Collectable Classics to be traded at a profit but never driven. Sad.

Several trads for sale with very low mileages.

The car they always promised themselves when they retired - and never drove!!

I'll take mine out tomorrow - give it a wash and then a bit of a drive.

That's why I got mine 10 years earlier than planned, drive it almost every day and know that, with 65,000 already on the clock, I am NOT going to get my full £27k back !

Cheers. drive

Most cars should be driven regularly. There is a minority that for various reasons are unique/ rare/ historic importance and therefore will be confined to collections/ investment and not driven. Shame really. Tkae them put even if only in fine weather....
As for Morgans... use them.
I can't understand not doing so unless, as above, the car is a rare example and even then it needs to be used even if only at events..
It's like art...private collections hide it from everyone to appreciate.
It's sad that speculaters only see £££££££ and the item disappears to gain more ££££
I am doing 7k+ miles a year in the Morgan. At that rate it will fall in value but what price the enjoyment?
woohoo

That is a great looking car. Shame I cannot afford it.

I have an 18 month old brooklands and have done 19k miles, mostly on road trips so the oil is warm etc. I have bought Zenos E10S Track to ease the pressure on the mileage.

clap clap

Good man Crunchie! It's what it's for and almost all non Mog-owning drivers love to see a Morgan out on the road.

"Is that a real Morgan? Fair play to you mate" said a yoof to me at the petrol station yesterday. "Love it". And he looked about 12 (but was driving a van!)

Quite limiting that this new politics has to have done 19K miles....

Thanks Jays (and sorry Crunchie!!). I most certainly did NOT write that political bit but, writing during travel on a very bump train carriage, the screen DID flip to Facebook for a few seconds then reverted back to TM.

Moral of the story is ALWAYS look at your posts before submitting - even if on a tiny Galaxy S4 screen !

Cheers !
