I saw the special water proof leather in the factory. Muirhead and Yarwood offer more different colors. And last but not least, the total water proof leather feels different.
I think most cows are pretty waterproof by design but unlike Morgan seats they are not stitched together. The spec sheet for Yarwood shows how resistant it is to spotting, staining and maintaining Yarwood which is probably more important
