It's the same with most car clubs to be honest.... When I bought a Vanquish, the nay-sayers within the AMOC said 'it's not a proper Aston'. So I bought one from 1959 and then they didn't know what to complain about. I have FIRMLY moved to the dark side with Peter. Hahahahaha. It's still a Morgan, made by the same guys, looks like a Morgan... Traditional? Hmm, probably not, but it shares the look.

I hate to say this Peter, but a test drive will only confirm your desire to buy a Three Wheeler, and I think there is very little available as basic as a Three Wheeler, which will offset the opulence and comfort of Tarka. This, of course will give you the best of both worlds. Paul, I've had a short, 20 min test drive and I want a longer one. I WISH I could hire one for a day, but for some reason the Morgan Hire service offered by most dealers down here doesn't include the M3W! So, a longer test drive at the factory is needed!

Peter I can assure you the standard fit air conditioning is particularly effective on the M3W...at least it was on Wednesday when I was out and about and it was even snowing inside the car! Never had any problem with it getting hot and humid in the cockpit or the screen misting up either!

Does this make me a Trad-Heretic or just someone who is happy to use relavant technology?? An Englishman who put the hood up! You should be flogged and transported to the colonies Next thing we know you will be asking for ABS and Traction Control.

Aircon is a great asset in an open top car that gets wet, it has certainly been a boon in my smart Roadster which has had it's fair share of dampness, anything you can do to remove moisture from any electronics - even the relatively simply Morgan dash boards will suffer and in humid or damp weather great for keeping the cabin screens clear.
The amount of nay sayers in the smart roady world who say you don't need it (never had it or their's broken) are the type that only take the car out of the garage on dry days.
I guess you can always buy the Guardian to soak up the water that is more in keeping with tradition?
Oh and on really sunny hot days???? A/C is great for cooling ones toes!

I'd always wondered why people buy the Guardian, thanks for explaining!
