The day before we left Sweden found one of the cartspings was broken(possibly on track up to our house)Que sera. Of ferry in Kiel sunny 8c put hood down ,drove 30km put hood up 10km further and it's snowing ,wipers desperately thrashing away for 20 minutes and then it rains and I can see (but not much)this sequence goes on for 200km. Approaching the Dutch border it starts hailing (and blowing) it is so hard that there is hail bouncing about inside the car.then reach a piece of Autobarn that has just had hailed-it was frozen solid one inch thick on road -it did slow things down for a bit ! into holland and just Gale force winds blowing across the flat landscape ,car is twitching (or is it just my brain ?). arrive at Hook(of holland)at 19.30 allowed on boat ,bar is open!wonderful. of boat at 7.00 in Harwich pouring with rain fill with fuel A11 to A120 to M25 to M3 to M27 arive Christchurch (to cold house) at 10.00. Saw no other Morgans (where are they all)did meet some +8 owners in Holland last seen at the Assens bash. Anna/Chris

Yep - I had Woodstock out under its own steam for the first time!!!! A healthy 185bhp on tap - not bad for a stock engine with only lumpy cams Is this a 2litre Duratec ? 2lt Zetec-E - for more info see the Changing Classes and Engine thread in the Maintenance section.

While having a lunch break in Northallerton saw a blue trad drive down the high street.
Anyone here ?
If so - Why wasn't your hood down ? Hopefully with weather like we had today they will be picked up by a police camera somewhere & offers a hood down awareness course! Lovely couple of hours out in mine this afternoon on the sunshine hood off & no side screens. Will be parted for 3 weeks due to business trip to South Africa.

If so - Why wasn't your hood down ? I was on a coach travelling through the country lanes from Brandsby and did a double take as it passed us travelling in the other direction (towards Brandsby), surely it must have been the same one, about 4.00 p.m.

Only time for a short trip. Summer clothes ...no hat or gloves...sunglasses. wanted to go to a market on the town beach prom. She shopped while I took the 2 dogs on the beach. Then home in time for visitors. Did manage a slight detour to get home. In Pembrey I spotted a hand held camera checking the 30 zone. The cameraman smiled as we passed and I gave him the thumbs up in return. He seemed to enjoy the car despite no speeding! Typical really....visitors on a perfect Morgan day.....

nice warm drive to Swansea airport to watch those MAD people that jump out of working aircraft, there was a very nice yellow autogyro flying around. Real James Bond stuff.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Should be out in mine, but doing battle with some plumbing... Still at least the washing is done and the 90's centre cubby box is now repaired...
