If you use it commercially without permission I think you'd be in trouble, same as any trademark or copyright, the odd individual using it ain't gonna worry them.
They should have more important things to do.
Why should any company be concerned about the use of one of its own copyright or trademarked logos on one of its own products ? So jtl's leather stamp used on the headrests of his own Morgan cannot be construed as a breach. Now, were he to start using it for a range of leather clothing to sell, then it would be a completely different matter.

Well Keith thats scared off all the crumpet in one go , dont know a woman who does not argue . Dont worry I gave up cannibalism when they opened two take aways just before Graham called on me. Did wonder why he floored his Landie as he left. But can't promise anything now spotted last night one has closed   Have a word with  Jnr she is like me at her age gives me hell has a bee in her bonnet 24/7 . Dad used to tell me switch off son unwind, relax I did and now look what happened bent sence of humour . Now I am preaching that to Jnr. Last night she arrived for tea and told me I should know more about life and Gay rights . OH YAH no chance strict crumpet man I asked her if two woman get married in church how does the vicar go about " do you take this man for your lawful wedded Husband bit" and was told " thats not funny". Starting to feel sorry for her boyfriend . Dad said to me as a young lad " you wont have many friends son you are to honest and to outspoken " my reply was then I will have to learn to live with that. I take after the family its an Aberdeen way of life. He was wrong I have a load of friends but just a few very close ones all the same as me . Just wrote a letter off to the MD of the home mam is in a new woman took over a few month ago and started dishing out new laws . 1ST ONE You are not allowed into the kitchen area , I walked in looked in the huge walk in pantry and made a note of the Asda smart food . I send a large cheque every month and one woman had to sell her house she pays over £2000/- a month for dog food . They are not aware I have put into motion a change of homes . Now the sparks will fly. On a better note the Mog is ready tomorrow so I was told last week I will nip up to see it and take some wood polish for the dash start it up and check it over . Then pick it up on Thursday evening as its going to be a dry sunny day , so they say. If you come from OZ PHOTOS after I have some fun in it first hint hint  On a more business note I contacted MSCC about stamping my leather they dont do it not even the old wings of any kind so I was told just that modern version stiched on . Hence the reason I set about and did it myself. Interesting that no one raised the same issue when JTL created his Morgan logo leather stamp! No one's going to argue with JTL

FYI, I was given permission to use the old wings logo, by the factory, on items that are intended to be sold. Perhaps the old wings are too far out of control for them to worry about?
