After a visit to the factory today I now have a fully functioning, legal and accurate speedometer. The bad news is that you cannot reprogram the unit yourself as it's locked down but the good news is that it can be re calibrated at Morgan and they know how to do it.
Easy to criticise, as in why was the car supplied like this, but credit to Mark Baldwin who was supportive and helpful and made sure everything is now as it should be.
