Arghhh..noooo. The spaniels have worked their magic and I've done it again. Still have to sort out how I'm going to fund it but I've paid a deposit on a new +4. Now going to lie down in a dark room until sanity returns... Steve Well done, sound decision.

Graham- my first Morgan was a bored out X flow with fast road cams and a sports manifold and exhaust. Was also a four seater.
A fantastic car. I think it is up in Scotland now
Regret selling it- but times move on.

Congratulations! Now the fun starts, the indecision about the colours, options, etc. until finally the deadline for choices arrives. Then when you see the car you will know that despite all the doubts you made the right choices and the car is just stunning and, like all Morgans, unique and built just for you. Then you have the fun of adding yet more options

When choosing options I prioritised those which would be difficult to add on later - such as walnut dash, nice hood, radio etc. But spec as high as you can from day one - it'll cost in in the long run. What colours are you going for?

Also be careful to get your options and dates correct. From the 1st May they are imposing a 250pound charge for any changes, without telling anyone. I got pinged 500pound. I ordered on the 20th April, adjusted my order early May, and didn't even get told my build week until last week (which was in 2 weeks time)
And a lot of choices aren't even on the form (M3W) so I'm forever chasing my tail fixing up things that have happened without my input. For instance, I've ordered a grey car with black pipework, red interior and a mohair tonneau (no colour option listed anywhere). My build invoice came back with the tonneau listed as brown! The same person has probably selected brown for the dash panels.

Enjoy the new motor when it arrives The spaniels haven't seen much of Jay over the last few months so they will work hard on him next week. Before he knows it that narrow body plus 4 will be on order!
