Lately I've been setting it myself. I would say that it's a bit of a pain to do till you get a bit of a feel for it.

You can set the alignment yourself but suggest its a two man job in the home garage!

Tricky - but take your time check as you go and all should be well.

The clearance is tight - as has been said - 4/5mm!!

We visited yesterday MMC and asked about steel sprockets (front and back) and this will be available in a few weeks time.

I forgot what they looked like new. Looks like they're still using the aluminum screw on flanges. They make noise as well.

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Hello, I have just purchased a 2012 M3W with only 3200 Miles on it. As far as I can see it is perfect everywhere, but I am experiencing the same problem with the rear belt scratching the tyre and making noise when downshifting. I am new of the Forum and fresh Morgan owner, could you please show me what is the black hub you are mentioning on your posts.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Robby
Welcome!
Have a look at this thread; Wheel, Hub, Sprocket or go straight to the pdf.
Some of it may become clear!
