I was considering going down that route with my 4/4 after getting as far as I wanted to with tuning that. A discussion with Paul at Williams and a test drive in a Roadster made me realise that the cheaper choice was to swop cars!

Considering the cost of the TB kit (about £2,700) I can't help feeling that if it had been available when I fitted the TBs I may have opted for an engine swap instead.

Either way I can always take the car back to standard, all be it with a few obstacles to overcome.

How about supercharging, I believe there are a few kits around using the Rotrex blower for around £3,000 - £3,500 fitted? They will increase power and torque by around 30%.

I believe that Williams are working on a supercharged 4/4. Perhaps Lawrie can elaborate?
