Em Bet it was better than the support car though! Shame I couldn't get to ambush you on your return route..... Weather here looked too iffy but opened up later

Its a shame Phil we had some drizzle for about an hour as we left the island and glorious for the rest of the day .We all kept an eye out for you,got home about midnight top down all the way.

Overheard on Saturday in garden centre - family group looking at blue Morgan - "you can still get these new". That's all I heard but the 'young bloke' involved knew more about Morgan than most people I speak to.

Yes, first time in a few weeks that the Plus 8 had been out. The trip to Wales and Ireland earlier this month necessitated it sit in an unairconditioned garage here in the heat and humidity of Florida. The starter needed a thunk with a heavy wrench but then spun right up. Now to start and run up the 38 DHC. It luckily is in the airconditioned garage. No time for more that once around the block. Then I think we get rain.
