I was just at Oakmere Morgan , and one of the chaps dragged me outside - "you have to see this !!"
It was a three wheeler with the Krazy horse rocker covers , air filter , re positioned cooling fan , new exhausts ( not Morgan or G56 ) and ECU upgrade.
Oakmere , in partnership with Krazy Horse are selling all this as an option on new cars .Despite my previous deep reservations about the ethics of using the JAP name I have to admit this was very cool , and sounded excellent !!!
The rockers look much better in the flesh, not so bulky - still not sold on the ethics , but thats just me - it is a terrific looking and sounding car.
The exhausts are a straight pipes - no baffle tube - see pictures. Also they wre in a brushed finish which looked excellent.
I have the Morgan stage 2 fitted , and sound wise this is in the same ballpark.
Jonathan , Oakmere MD is running it at the TOTH event at the weekend and would be more than happy to give you the low down on the details.

Looks nice. I gathered this was going. I might just have to take a peak at that one!

The exhaust pipes are already far from the body at the end...no need for the turned tips, it will make them stick out a lot...they could be cut at an angle like the factory....but it all comes down to taste i guess...

Nice air cleaner cover. Same as I've ordered for mine.

In a way I like it but some parts I am less sure about.

Looks interesting, hopefully see it at TOTH. Not sure about using JAP all over it still. I like the vented cam belt cover but straight pipes may be a bit hard on the ears I suspect.

I purchased the so-called 'muscle' air cleaner which has a chrome face held on by clips. When I see that mesh front all I think about is just how are you going to clean the bugs off? The engine fins are bad enough as carcass collectors.

Not impressed by the JAP badging. There is nothing about this car that is JAP!

Try the Kylyurakyn Raptor S&S filter - it looks a lot neater in my view - u have to order these from usa with an adapter plate - but this is v easy to do - and to fit!

There is nothing J.A.P. about it so why pretend it is something it is not.

For what its worth I agree!

Would like to see the "Jap" bits replaced with "Morgan" ...now that would look good!And be correct!!Ok well not the Engine....but you know what I mean!
