I saw a similar cartoon this week in the financial press here in Australia. Two bankers were talking about the pending rise in US interest rates. One said to the other "they must know something we don't, such as another crisis looming, because if they don't raise them now they will be unable to cut them later as they're low already".

Why not simply Plus 8? It's what it says on the back. Morgan probably spent less time debating the issue. As you quite sensibly say....its marketed and sold as the Plus 8. I just can't see what all the fuss is about. I'm off for a cuppa!
