agree with both , can't see why i should exchange my GTN for a "new" Aero...
also , as part of the Morgan "image" , the older the car , the more it is Morgan ! ( IMHO)

If I could afford (in terms of time and money) to have at least 2 cars (I mean, proper cars) I'd have no doubts. Plus 8. If not, AeroSS (or keeping the Aero8 MKI by doing all the overdue maintenance). for me both the Aero MKV and the AeroCoupe are a NO GO.

If you need to take the wings off to service - it's an Aero. Will that do?  Fixed that for you  @Ale - I quite liked some of the features of the Aero5 when I saw it at the show. Primarily the extra legroom! The AR seats are very nice but as I am under a very strict "zero car budget" embargo at the moment I can't "improve" on what I have - so the whole converstion becomes moot.

If it costs Aero money to service - it's an Aero. Will that do? Works for me! It cost Aero money to service, car tax, insure and fuel and goes like a stabbed rat so it certainly isn't a Trad!

,i love your car Peter but its a plus 8 Aero chasis and the Aero is what it is an Aero.
Em Em, I know it doesn't look like an Aero, they all have a "look" that owners love. Me, I love the Trads and the combinations of Aero Oily Bits and Trad looks works for me, and a few others. Gosh, what would all you Aero lovers be saying if Brian's SP1 had been build on an Aero Chassis??

Your missing the point i was trying to make,I love the plus 8 and prefer it to the new Aero its credentials are not in question,but Morgan gave it a name The plus 8.Now must go check my Aero money going to the noggin tonight.

My UK Registration Certificate, V5c states: Section 4, D1: Make Morgan D2: Type Aero 8 D3: Model Aero Supersports Auto D4: Body Type: Convetable No mention of Plus 8 anywhere on the document, or on the car for that matter. So, it is a Plus 8 for marketing purposes only, but "Legally" it is an Aero 8 Supersports Convertable.... What does your V5C say? Be interested to know what is on the dcuments. As MMC completed the initial registration I "assume" their description is correct....!! Peter
