Perhaps PMs would be a better way of communicating if there are criticisms?
PLCs tend to closely analyse their web presence on Google.

Maybe they ought to realise they need to raise their game, then..

I must say that I feel rather uncomfortable about the forum being used to name and shame dealers.

Me too. I have a number of stories but haven't gone public, even though some are worthy of naming & shaming. Word of mouth is preferable...........

Well my post was made in all innocence.

They are my nearest dealer and my car needs a service .

It was never my intention to start something that TMErs are not comfortable or happy with.

If it is causing an issue maybe the Moderators can take it down?

Agreed, I suspect that for every dissatisfied customer most companies have many satisfied customers who don't make their voices heard.

In my view, if people have poor service they should not be discouraged from sharing it on TM, same if they have good service.

Chaps. It was not my intention to suggest we stop sharing dealer information; rather than a concern that such information is in the public domain and some PLCs can be quite litigious.

It tells you a lot when they spend more on lawyers than workplace training in my experience.

I have quote a few that I could share. I have remained quiet up to now and only post the positive information but I do think we should have the opportunity to share about bad experiences where the facts are clear.

There are two sides to this in my opinion.

Good Dealers need to be known for their work and praising them on TM is a good way of tempting the others to improve their ways BUT I do think TM needs to be protected from those with large pockets and under occupied Legal Departments.
