Dave, flock is a wallpaper covering popular with the upper echelon in Georgian houses . They have a flat surface coloured and onto this surface is a set of fibres glued to the surface in different shapes and colours . Tiny hair like fibres about 2.5mm in depth so tightly packed it feels like one area as you wipe your hand across . You often see the cheap red and gold stuff in Indian restaurants . Can somebody define what flock looks like in this context? Are we talking felt like they did in the seventies?
