Is it the draft of the Haynes manual on each chassis?

There are holes for the support plates onto which the trailing arms fit, to bolt to the chassis. The original mounting area for the leafspring front shackle is not used.
I'm back in on Friday and I'll take some photos if the chassis have progressed.

Thanks for the photos Jay

MMC are certainly not hanging about getting them made - I suppose it's a good turnover boost - get all 50 made - that's £2.5M

And there will be economies of getting them done in batches all to the same finishes and spec

Very good business not allowing too much customer choice and variation

I am sure and I hope it's a huge success

I look forward to visiting the factory soon and seeing some in production

Jays, very interesting times at the factory. Any chance you could arrange a TM vist in Sept.

It would mean a Saturday event....too little notice for September to arrange. I will ask if something could be done for October but will need to have an idea of numbers to see if it would be viable.

I'm in unless it's 3rd when we're away.
I might still pop down late Sept though. I want to look at the colour charts.

Give everyone a bit of notice they might need welding goggles to get the ones you want to look at

Any colour which doesn't leave an after image on the retina isn't worth having. grin2
