I had the same issue.
S2 had £40k agreed value and did not require tracker or alarm. Comment was "no one nicks em". Happy surprise.
Coupe came up with "needs high quality Tracker" but factory locking sufficient. Also described as value based trigger.
Had good experience with Gott & Wyne but ended up with Admrial MultiCar which amazingly came out better both individually and over all cars being insured. Have also been good to deal with (renewals and enquiries re EU travel, second drivers etc)
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I was with Admiral once upon a time, they couldn't do an agreed value policy and would not accept "extras" as fitted by dealer or factory, they only used the "book" figure (basic price without all the necessary bits and bobs), insurance is a minefield so shop around and ask the right questions

My +8 was interesting to insure... the so called Morgan specialists wanted a £1500 premium, 5,000 mile a year max and a tracker. My broker found me a £400 policy with no tracker and 8,000 annual miles.
I'm not sure quite what some companies do to become 'Morgan Specialists' - it clearly doesn't involve finding a good deal.
