Hello all

I'm looking at buying a 1978 +8. Car is not close by so before taking decision to view I'm looking just at photos. As it's supposedly a Swiss LHD car it has dual brake servos, but they are both mounted on the right hand side of the engine bulkhead.

I seem to recall seeing a LHD car of similar era with the brake servos mounted on the left hand side of the engine bulkhead, but then I may be mistaken. My concern is that this particular car may have been converted from RHD to LHD but the remote servos were left in place.

So if anyone reading this has a +8 European spec car & original LHD from the 1977-1982 era, I would be most grateful if they could advise position of servos.

Cheers

Hello Dave

I'm not sure that this Gomog page helps, as I suspect it shows a US spec car.

Below please see image of the under bonnet on car I'm looking at.

Cheers
