Interesting. Not enough pictures but it does look a whole bunch better than the Polaris Slingshot then again a transformer's based Lego fire truck would! Invador

Interesting bit in the article about legislation to govern reverse trikes.
Apart from some horrible aesthetic results I do think the Australian attitude is correct. As far as design and safety rules are concerned it should be more relaxed than car rules but it seems the Morgan has met whatever crash rules have been applied in Australia so that would seem appropriate.
If it has car like controls it should require a car driving licence, full stop.
As far as helmets are concerned the Italian rules seem appropriate. If it does not have a full safety capsule you must wear a helmet, if it was homologated with seat belts you must wear them.
