That was fun! I turned up in the Aero to a great welcome from Spotmog members, and by the end there were 4 Aeros in attendance, together with some other lovely Mogs, Caterhams, Lagonda, C type and XK 150 Jags, Ferraris etc.
The Bugatti museum was opened, so we had our first visit to that, and saw amongst other exhibits a GP car once owned by Lindsay Eccles, whose stepdaughter I used to know well in the 60s. He once took me for a drive in his Aston Martin DB5 around Gower, an experience I will never forget! smile. The car was missing 3rd gear, and had a dent in the bonnet where he had dropped it without moving the bonnet stay properly, but neither affected his driving ability, and could he drive fast!

So you weren't in the red 02, nor George / Moira's car...
My yellow 4/4 was just uphill of 2 Caterhams...

Haven't been around the Museum for something like 14 years...

No, the grey S3. There was also a grey S4 with side exit exhausts. Sorry I didn't see you, or I would have come to say hello. Next time...

Ah OK.
Good to see 4 Aeros in attendance. I missed the 3W owners also!

Cheers,
