Awesome looking car especially for that price range. It could be like a full bodied Caterham would look! Have fun with it.

Oh, and Lotus IMO need to look out as this car is lighter, faster and cheaper than an Elise. Its good to see an alternative to Lotus coming along and I hope they succeed because I cant see Lotus staying in business a lot longer for the reasons I have said in another thread. Lets face it with the basic boxter s listed at 47k why would you want to buy an elise s at 39k? Sure they are wonderfully tactile cars to drive and they do go and handle well but the porker is equally good, and isnt as hardcore / track day. You can get in and out of it easily. The internal finish is what you would expect of a mass produced car. There is room for normal sized people. The only real disadvantages are the image and the depreciation. I wont buy a Zenos - sadly I need something more grown up these days, but had it been available when I was looking to buy my Lotus it would have been a serious contender.

Very nice Paul the way your car collection is moving it should be you not me that has the ASBO Yes an ankle bracelet might be a good idea. I am getting some pressure from Head Office as she thinks two cars should go! Aeroman egging me on to get a +8 is not helping as I really want one, but cannot afford one without some serious man maths Oh, and I am very impressed with the Zenos it feels very sorted on the road. I will have to modify the air intake as the induction noise is very prominent

Is it civilised enough to go touring, say to Spain? Two up with SWMBO and luggage for a week say.

We go touring in the roadster with just what we can fit in the car with no issues. The Zenos has a lot less space. The other issue is that the induction noise is very prominent and the waste gate. There is a modification coming to move the intake which reduces it which I will fit. The ride is very good and the car is comfortable. The other issue is that the hood is a get you home hood and good for 60 mph but has no windows. With some changes it could be OK. I think it will make a very fast blatting car and a very competent trackday car but most would not tour in it IMO.
