You have a choice of mohair tonneau colours (thats not on the order form)

Don't bother with the pockets, they hold nothing.

Think carefully about black pipes if discolouration of the headers is something you don't want to live with.

It looks like screen height might be an option, check.

Enjoy your test drive

Thank you everybody..this is very exciting,

Philip, you raise a number of specific concerns I was thinking of:

I was rather liking the concept of the inner door pockets to hold sunglasses and gloves and other small knickety knacks. Are you saying they will not accommodate even one of those?

I like chrome pipes, yet dislike discolouration, it looks to my untrained eye that it is limited to the actual headers, i.e. the part just aft the engine, but the actual pipes after the initial bend remain virgin. A bit of reminder that a real machine sits up front is OK, much of the pipe sullied isn't.

Screen height would need to be about 4 feet to provide any real protection, otherwise a higher screen would only add to the dork factor...real men don't need windscreens!... and create more wind turbulence. Wrong?

I'm assuming the lovely three eared knockers are also available as is the equally lovely wood Moto Lita?

I wonder if anyone will pick up the motorbike idea of double pipe headers? Honda solved the problem of blue pipes years ago by running a pipe within a pipe on their motorbikes, having said that I rather like the look of blue pipes.

The pockets will not hold sunglasses or gloves :-)

Only thing I have managed to fit in them is s comb. They do look nice but purely decorative.

A mobile phone fits as well - not much else.

I not only made a little shelf that fitted across the car but also cut a hole out behind the passenger leather cover which easily took my gloves, hat scarf and other junk.

It just depends on how handy you are with a jigsaw and files.

One of SWIMBO's cast off clutch bags also works.

Re the discolouration - it is pretty much confined to the headers. From the flexible joint backwards it's not too difficult to keep everything shiny.

3 ear spinners are available from Morgan and others such as MWS (who supply the wheels):

http://www.mwsint.com

I think Morgan may now offer a Moto0Lita option, if not just order direct:

https://www.moto-lita.co.uk/

If you don't like one of their standard wheels they can make a custom one - I had a 13" Mk3 made with the 3 hole fixing so it bolted straight onto the standard Three Wheeler quick release.

Have great fun on your test drive and enjoy speccing your new pride & joy drive

Thanks...Although something Edwardian like "Tally ho!" seems more apropos.

Re: Heated seats. Yes, I know "Heated coats and gloves", but for chilly days not requiring the bulk, are the heated seats a good choice? Do they warm the back as well as the tush?
