Picked up the Plus 8 at the Works today, then 106 miles home in mainly sunshine, though a couple of Irish mist type showers. Another 105 miles to the Folkestone Holiday Inn Express ready for an Aero jaunt to Munich tomorrow! Head Office wanted the hood up, but knows that tomorrow's journey is sans hood!  Have a great trip

Run out yesterday set up by Ray.
Pembrokeshire, Prescelli Mountains, Cardiganshire.
Lunch at Tafarn Sinc.
Tea in Newport overlooking the estuary.
Lovely day out with 3 Plus8 s burbling along a mix of fast roads and narrow lanes.
The stop at the church in Nevern to view the "weeping yew" and old gravestones was a suntrap...warm, sheltered.
Passers by asked for a photoshoot standing by the cars.

I would be interested to know of a Morgan friendly hotel in Munich - preferably close to S-Bahn / U-Bahn. Starting to think of a trip in 2017 that needs to include Italian Lakes (found a great hotel in Stresa - Grand Hotel Bristol), Mulhouse and Munich.

Thanks guys, sorry to miss you Jays! We left early this morning and arrived in Calais at 8.15 am, then - roof down - to Munich, 651 miles in a day some of it at highish speeds (bit of an understatement, Howard please note no chemical smell at 140 mph!). No problems with the cars or the trip, dinner in a local beer keller tonight.  Vienna tomorrow after a factory visit... Report follows when we are back, until then prost! P.S. Can recommend the Arthotel, free underground parking and not expensive Paul

Safe journey and it's good that you've tested up to chemical smell critical speed! See you in Wien. As Hannes says, better weather on the way.

Only 306 miles today, all with hood up as the heavens opened on our way to Vienna. Arrived late after today's programme and again had been a few beers and of course a Vienna schnitzel  Tomorrow Morgan Austria and we meet the Austrian TM'ers, looking forward to it...
