Yes, I'm a bit confused: There's the std. 3 colours, then there's the option of MMC colours, then there's the ominous sounding "Enquire" for non Morgan colours. I was wondering if MMC offered a charcoal met. or would I need to go bespoke, as in outside the std. MMC colour range?

They can do pretty much any colour. Either find the colour you want on a standard production car then tell them the car and colour code or just the the RAL code for the colour. Just remember it looks different on a M3w!

I have just looked at the receipt I got from Williams Automobiles when I bought the car in October 2012 and the cost of the Jaguar Stingray Silver paint option was £495.83.

The enquire option is for the more unusual paints such as pearlescents. There is a vast range of metallics available at the MMC option price including some dark metallic greys. Your dealer should be able to help with some samples.
