Thanks Julf, though you have beaten me and Google too! I guess that it's Finnish and the "Gefeliciteert" bit means felicitations (birthday ones I guess), but would be interested to see a full translation?

Yes, full points for deciphering "gefeliciteert" - it's the standard Dutch congratulation. For the rest, I just tried to confuse you by using 3 different languages. So the second part is in Finnish and the last one in Swedish - both basically "congratulations on your birthday".
