Another forum member who also lives in Provence, told me that Esprit had reopened. My problem is that I am in the UK and my M3W is shut away in secure storage at Cogolin. I will wait until I reopen my house in Tourtour in April. I am also going to have the rear sprocket replaced with a lightweight steel one but sadly the sprocket was badly damaged by the courier in transit to me last week. That was the last of the batch, so there will be a delay until a replacement is made.

Thanks, but theres nothing about 3 wheelers on that site. I was asking for a link to the "french 3 wheeler site" that keeps getting mentioned. Sorry.

Laurent Fort who owns Esprit Competition seems a really nice guy and very clued up. I think he will be doing any work on the M3W cars with the assistance of advice from Marcassus Sport in Toulouse until he becomes more familiar. He intends to concentrate on Morgans far more now and drop the Lotus work, as he finds Lotus owners a difficult bunch to deal with, compared to us nice Morgan folk. The garage has been shut for a few months, while sadly, his wife was dying of cancer at a pretty young age.
