Buying xmas presents for the family is very easy.
If they do not suggest something I know them so well it's really straightforward to buy something that they will be delighted with.
So why then is it so tough to buy for my wife?
The obvious things are well....too obvious ...and maybe boring
So then thoughts turn to other " surprises".
But they seem so difficult to decide upon.
Clothes ? NO ! Way too easy to get horribly wrong.
Jewellery...mmmm maybe ...but what ...and even easier to get wrong ...and much more £££ to get wrong!
Vouchers? ...mmmm easy..but a cop out?
So here I am ..with one pressy safe fully bought...but the dilemma of additIons continues.
Is it just me?
Am I alone in my quest?

I've given her a choice ,Brake Reaction Bars on there way from Cain or a new Chainsaw from ebay . I'm having an in car camera from Halfords .

It was easy for me, we were in a designer handbag shop and she took a fancy to a particular bag, so I bought it there and then, but as a surprise I bought the purse to go with it a day later so when she opens the bag the purse will be inside. Brownie points or what !

Join the club  always tells me she wants a surprise but not that kind . As if I would , I tell her she has me what more does she want . Thats what puts me off christmas I am not that sloppy once a year romantic kind of person . When I roll off a list she just gives me a blank look . Wonder if she will wait till spring and I can take her for a spin in the mog.

Brownie points or what ! My says you get brownie points but could do better by sticking some shopping dosh in the purse for the sale. Then you can relax for Christmas.

It's easy here. I signed for a delivery the other week and was advised it was Christmas present from me that she had ordered. It's a win win as she gets exactly what she wants & I don't have to go and get it.

The thing is they often don't know what they want and if you buy them underwear they clobber you and you have to take it back , if you don't get them something special you're in the dog house ?
