Jack Handle
I had great difficulty in raising the car using the standard jack. I sprayed aerosol grease into the thrust bearing on the jack but it was still quite difficult. I then made an extension sleeve to add to the handle and gain additional leverage and hey presto I could get the wheel off the ground. The tube was selected from a VW Golf wheelbrace with the bend cut off and then a slot cut by hand.

Very good idea. The other end could also be used as an extension for the wheel brace on wheel nuts.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Bright idea!
I had to change the wheel late last year : it didn't take too long (15') BUT my poor hands remembered the jack for some days ;-)
vMog is a 2013 +4/ 4 seater, dark red with saddle brown trim, wooden dashboard and console.
