I'll kick this one off with ram air cooling for the BB.

What a good idea.
Looks like a tricky mod...but will direct substantial amounts of cooling air at the BB.

Just a thought and I have to admit to not fully understanding all the issues with the bevelbox but has anyone thought or tried a solution based on an oil cooler combined with an electric oil pump to prevent excessive heat build up and to dissipate the heat?

Yes an owner in the USA has done this, there was a detailed description in the October 2015 MTWC bulletin magazine. It seemed an incredibly complex arrangement but the author claims the oil temperature never rises above 150F whereas before it was reaching 200F.

Hi David
Such a system has been built by an M3W owner and described in detail in the Bulletin a few months ago , the house mag for the Morgan Three Wheeler Club.
From my point of view that solution was pretty complicated to install , had many potential points of failure and added weight so I discounted it for myself.
If it was offered as a factory fit, or by a specialist installer then maybe , but too complicated for a rank amateur like myself.
I think ducted ( as described above ) or forced air cooling maybe is the way for a simpler less intrusive solution.
As an aside I have a suspicion Dabs solution above wont work for modern M3W which have the NVH kit installed from new. This has a substantial bracing piece running under the UV joint where his duct breaks through the floor pan , so blocking it off. Unfortunately I cant see an obvious place where else to duct from.

Ouch. So first mod might be a temp gauge with a thermocouple on the casing to warn of excessive heat, across a couple of cars to confirm a widescale issue.

Secondly some type of heat sink might help.

Or maybe strap one of these onto it? smile

NVH = Noise Vibration and Harshness. Presumably the kit is to reduce rather than accentuate. Usually made of some heavy fibre material, lead lining or somesuch.
