Morgan baseball cap for me with cap lanyard in the summer/ sunny weather- keeps the sun out of the eyes - in wintewr - trapper hat, Morgan beany, even a nordic knitted one with earflaps. What the hell - if it is practical & does whatever job is needed at the time go with it. As SWMBO would tell you - I am not one to follow fashion or even care how I look. If I`m in the Morgan all I get is admiring looks anyway - it must be my natural good looks!

For my first 10 years of Morganeering I refused to wear baseball caps, but after I developed a skin cancer on my forehead I changed my mind. The sun is so much more intense in the Southern US than in England. (Washington is on the same latitude as Lisbon.) But for evening driving it's flat hats or wind in the hair.

leather fur lined aviation for winter/rain with face mask if really cold + ex army beret in summer..agree after a certain age baseball caps not a good luck in my opinion.

Base ball hat with lanyard [don't ask] in sunshine. Sheepskin trapper when cold. But also have deer stalker, flat cap, bobble hat....plus a few more. Depends on the mood I am in.
