Yes, took the SS trike out for an exercise. It is really an exercise for me, getting in and getting out. I am a bit too tall and too fat for the car. It amuses me though. I had a good drive, albeit short.

I swapped garages with it and the DHC so that I could clean the SS up for the upcoming car show.

Cheers,

Beautifull weather today (sunday) two mogs an Aero and a plus8 went to a piston heads meet at Cross hands where both cars looked good amongst the exotics. Then a 240 mile cross country run up over the black mountains to Brecon and up to mid wales on the top gear road and then home.

Having driven down to Geneva for the Motor Show I was not on TM for some days and missed this post until I went through some of the threads tonight. I hope you are feeling much better now, are you home yet Robbie?

As you say any serious health incidents put everything else into perspective. Here's wishing you a quick recovery and I suppose one of the benefits is that you will temporarily have more time to post on TM!
cheers

I also see it right now and I wish you all the best and a fast recovery, Robbie. Most of us on TM are "target group" of what happened to you. Coincidentally I moderated in depth interviews with cardiologists about "secondary prophylaxis" on Monday and yesterday. Therefore I'm currently very "on topic" and you have my full empathy.

Late onto your news Robbie, sorry to hear this and wish you all the best for a speedy recovery.

I had a bad session of pericarditis a couple of years back and it was a bit of a wake up call.

Thanks, guys. I am now Home since yesterday but have to go back to have more surgery(stents) next week to fully re-plumb me!!!!!! Turns out to be a hereditary thing as the quack says that nothing in my lifestyle would be a notable factor. Anyway the worst bit is that until I have the second lot done I am banned from the Morgan so I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms!!!!!

Hope you enjoy Geneva -- it's on my bucket list( which I will now address more aggressively!!!!!!!!)

Cheers!
