As to the front end design, my only small criticism is that the area below the cooling grill that houses the battery is still a bit plain and flat on the outer casing
I know what you mean, but these details can look different 'in the metal'. If that's all that's holding you back Stewart, I'm sure that they could put some louvres in the nose of your one.. I think it is a stunning idea and design. And if it is a two-seater it might just find a way into my garage. Will have a lot to think about on Saturday when I see the real thing.

I assume it will need mudguards to be legal? So what we are seeing is still a concept
I wonder if they've managed to reduce the weight enough so that it's covered by different regulations where mudguards aren't required? I'm sure they'll be on the options list though...

EV3 Iron Man in Red looks good. Now perhaps some solid wheels in silver or red

Is it a single seater, only one roll hoop? I think all those powerful lights drain the battery too quickly with two aboard Video shows a passenger seat belt so perhaps this is a demo version (indeed no mudguards implies that this is the case). Maybe a singleseat and hard tonneau is an option Hopefully the lights are LED rather than air heaters / halogen bulbs. But how often do you drive an M3W at night? Remember this is Morgan. Its a prototype. Production at the end of the year. Plenty of time for changes. But meanwhile congrats to the design team. Next: Option for battery discharge heating of the interior? Hub motor front wheels to make 3WD and capture braking energy? a roofed alternative to a Smart car for Selfridges customers?

As an overall package its not really for me.
Some of the design aspects are nice though and would look good on a normal M3W, the kicked up rear end for instance makes the car more balanced as similar to 3 wheelers from the 1920's, and I like the dash and steering wheel.
I wonder about the legality of no mudguards and the low lights, perhaps normal car regulations do not apply.

When they introduce the urban cooling kit 12 months after launch it might spoil the design a little

That limited partnership with Selfridges is a very smart idea - it'll generate huge amounts of PR, in the UK and with Selfridges' international customers, who seem to be ever-more biased to the middle east.
Again, a good thing for Morgan, you'd think.
